Brass Merryweather Pattern Fireman's Helmet for the 'Hong Kong Fire Brigade'. Of typical form with raised dragon comb vent mounted above plate featuring the letters 'HK-FB'. With leather liner and leather and brass chin strap adorned with rose bosses. The peak embellished with a metal ribbon engraved with the inscription: "Hong Kong - 20th March 1917 to 31st December 1919." (B.P. 21% + VAT)
